Facility & Project Execution – Senior Executive Company: Awfis Space Solutions Function: Facility & Project Execution Role Summary: - The Facility & Project Execution – Senior Executive is responsible for managing project closeout, snag resolution, statutory compliance, and seamless handover to Facility Operations. The role ensures defect-free delivery, operational readiness, and sustained performance during the Defect Liability Period (DLP). Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Snag Management • Preparation, tracking, and closure of snag lists across civil, MEP, interiors, and finishing works. • Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and statutory norms. • Conduct joint inspections and certify snag closure prior to handover. • Monitor site execution for safety, quality, and schedule adherence. • Ensure statutory approvals including CEIG and fire system integration. Handover, Compliance & Documentation • Smooth transition from Project Execution to Facility Operations. • Ensure completeness of as-built drawings, O&M, manuals, warranties, and statutory certificates. • Maintain and audit statutory and safety compliance records. Facility Operations & Maintenance • Develop SOPs, HIRA, preventive maintenance plans, and work instructions. • Oversee maintenance of electrical, HVAC, mechanical, UPS, fire & life safety systems, and building infrastructure. • Monitor engineering complaints and SLA adherence. • Drive reliability improvement, efficiency, and cost optimization initiatives. DLP, Vendor & Team Management • Manage Defect Liability Period (DLP) activities and defect closure. • Evaluate vendor performance against KPIs and recommend corrective actions. • Supervise technicians and support staff; provide technical guidance. • Act as coordination link between Project Execution and Facility Operations. Qualifications & Experience • Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related discipline. • 5–8 years of experience in project execution, snag management, and facility operations. • Strong knowledge of statutory compliances, fire & life safety systems, and MEP services. • Manage facility operations across multiple locations Preferred Exposure Commercial office spaces, IT parks, coworking environments. Age Preference: 25–30 years
