Location: - Delhi / Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
1. Regional IT Sales Leadership: o Lead IT sales activities within the assigned region, developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets. o Manage and inspire the sales team to exceed revenue and growth objectives.
2. Business Development & P&L Accountability: o Drive business development efforts, ensuring the acquisition of new clients and growth in the region. o Take full ownership of the region’s P&L, aligning sales strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
3. Lead Generation & Channel Development: o Develop and implement multiple channels for lead generation. o Proactively generate leads through networking, partnerships, and other sales channels to expand the client base.
4. Sales of IT Products & Solutions: o Sell a comprehensive portfolio of IT products including: ▪ Hardware: Laptops, end-user computing devices, network solutions, AV solutions, etc. ▪ Software: Microsoft and other licenses, antivirus software, and other standard IT tools. o Design and deliver custom IT solutions tailored to client needs, including managed services and managed Internet Leased Line (ILL) solutions.
5. Collaboration with System Integrators:
o Leverage experience from a System Integrator background to provide a broad range of IT services, including hardware, software, and fully managed IT solutions.
o Build relationships with technology partners and vendors to enhance service offerings.
Ideal Candidate: • Proven experience in leading IT sales for a region, with a strong focus on business development and achieving P&L targets. • Expertise in generating leads through various channels and converting them into successful sales. • Strong background in selling both IT hardware and software, with experience in designing custom IT solutions for clients. • Familiarity with managed services, managed internet solutions, and system integration.
